Yesterday, Shanghai Disney Resort rolled out the red carpet for a special Zootopia 2 premiere celebration, and the energy in the park was absolutely electric. The event brought together director Jared Bush, stars Ke Huy Quan and Ginnifer Goodwin, and a few of the Chinese voice cast, all gathering inside the heart of the resort’s Zootopia-themed land. For fans already buzzing about the sequel, this was one of the first major international promotional stops.
Guests in the land were treated to a Zootopian celebration! The creative team and cast met with fans, posed for photos, and spoke briefly about returning to the world of Judy and Nick. Shanghai Disney leaned all the way into the celebration, rolling out updated character costumes for park-meet-and-greets, which many have seen on social media.
As evening fell, the celebration wrapped with a special fireworks spectacular, lighting up the sky above Zootopia.
